What are the basic troubleshoots to fix QuickBooks Error C=343?

Method 1: Updating QuickBooks

 From the updates tab in the help menu of the QuickBooks, get the updates of QuickBooks. 

After installing these updates, restart the system. 

 

Method 2: Saving MSXML.DII files. 

In the dialog box, type cmd and open drive C. 

You need to enter the CD drive and select windows and type ‘syswow64’, click ok. 

After this, you have to type Regsvr32MSXML3.dII and when then the registration of both the files is successful. 

Restart the system. 

 

Method 3: Manually resolving error 

You need to re-register all necessary files or folders while running QuickBooks. 

Restart QuickBooks and if you still see the error, reinstall Microsoft’s core XML services.
