Solution 1: Verifying the credentials.
- Go to the error message.
- Open the bank’s website in the new window.
- Enter the login credentials manually.
- Now log out of the bank website.
- Open QuickBooks, and enter the same login details here.
- Proceed to click update sign-in info.
Solution 2: Adding an account in QuickBooks.
- Open QuickBooks.
- Reach Transactions option.
- Select Banking.
- Choose to click the Add account option.
- Enter the bank name and search.
- Under the tab of all matching results, click on
Connection with different login.
- Sign in to the bank website.
- Link the bank account with the QuickBooks.
- Click Connect.
- Click Ok.
Solution 3: Editing account info.
- Click transaction followed by banking in QuickBooks.
- Choose the account which is to be disconnected.
- Click on the Pencil icon.
- Now, Click on Edit account info.
- Click the Verify box adjacent to disconnect the account
on save.
