You may encounter Error C=343 when you try to open the company file. Instead of the company file, you might see Error C=343.
Some of the most frequent reasons for this error:
- MSXML services (.dII files) may be damaged.
- QuickBooks might not be updated to the latest version.
- Some files might need to be registered again.
Ways to fix this error:
- Updating the QuickBooks to the latest release.

2. Integrating the MSXML.dII files with QuickBooks.
· Integrate the MSXML.dII files by typing Regsvr 32 MSXML in the run box.

· This will register both the .dII files.
3. Reinstalling the MSXML
- From the download page of Microsoft core XML file, download this file in the system.
- After installation<< Follow onscreen steps.
- Restart QuickBooks.
4. Open QuickBooks in safe mode.
· Reboot system<< Press F8.
· In the ‘Advanced’ menu << Select ‘Networking tab’<< Choose ‘Safe mode’.
· Restart your system.
