How to Fix QuickBooks Error 1603?

When you install QuickBooks desktop on your computer, you may encounter QuickBooks error 1603. 

Causes of error 1603:

  • There is some problem with the Microsoft .NET framework. 
  • Windows is having some issues. 
  • Installation of QuickBooks is improper. 

 

How can error 1603 be fixed?

  1. By downloading and installing QuickBooks tool hub. 

·        Download QuickBooks tool hub and then install it. 

·        After the installation is complete, click Finish. 

2.               QuickBooks Install diagnostic Tool

·        Once installation is done, go to installation issues and configure it. 

·        Once it is configured, proceed to start repairs. 

·        Then, restart your system. 



3.               Updating windows

·        Go to start << Choose settings. 

·        Go to update & security<< Click on check for updates. 

·        The downloading of updates will automatically begin. 



4.               Repairing Microsoft .NET framework. 

·        In the run window, opened after pressing Windows+R, type control and reach to programs. 

·        Select Program and features<< Turn windows features on or off. 

·        Uncheck .NET framework 3.5 and later, then restart your computer. 

·        Again check mark .NET framework 3.5 and later. 


5.               Repairing Microsoft MSXML.

·        In the Run obx, type appwiz.cpl and press OK. 

·        From the list, select MSXML 6.0 and uninstall it. 

·        From the Microsoft website, download msxml.msi file and install it.
