For Fix QuickBooks Payroll Error 15263

QuickBooks payroll errors can be very annoying at times. One such error is 15263 which may be happening due to incorrect internet settings. The possible reasons for these errors can be:

·        Outdated versions of Internet explorer. 

·        Firewall and antivirus restrictions. 

·        Corrupted drivers in outdated OS.

 

Ways to fix this error:

 

 By restoring IE advanced settings. 

 

·        Open Internet explorer. 

·        Go to tools and select ‘Advanced tab’.

·        Then, go to restore advanced settings and click on done to confirm changes.

·        Check if the error persists. 

 

Adding files in the exception list of the firewall.

·        Search for the ‘Windows firewall’ in the search bar of the start menu and select this option from the list.

·        Select the option of new rules from the option of ‘inbound rules’ from the advanced settings. 

·        Enter the correct port after selecting TCP.

·        Choose ‘Allow connections’ and finish the process.

 

By setting correct Date and time:

·        Choose the date and time settings from the right bottom corner.

·        Set the correct time and also select the correct Time zone. 

·        Click Apply. 

 

By checking cipher length:

 

·        Enter http://www.intuit.com in internet explorer. 

·        Select properties after pressing Alt. 

·        Find cipher length and if it is less than 128 bits, it is not compatible with Internet explorer.
