Solution 1: By updating QuickBooks

  • Download and install QuickBooks tools hub and open it from the desktop. 
  • Under the tab of Company file issue, choose the option of Run QuickBooks file doctor. 

 

Solution 3: By renaming .nd and .tlg file.

  • Open the company file’s location. 
  • Proceed to rename the files which are having .nd and .tlg extension.

Solution 5: Restoring backup file. 

  • Close QuickBooks and press ctrl until you see no company open window. 
  • Select the option of Restore backup copy and follow the onscreen steps to restore the company file.
