How to Solve Banking Error 9999 in QuickBooks?
Error 9999 arises when you refresh the bank details.
Symptoms:
- Lost connection with the bank.
- Browsers may freeze.
- Error messages will appear on the
screen.
Causes:
- Slow internet speed.
- Window firewalls and antivirus may
block the bank's website.
- Cache and cookies may interrupt connection.
Ways to fix Error 9999:
Method 1:
- From the error message, click on
Report issue.
- In the Banking transaction, enter name
and email id.
- Expect a response from the tech team
in 10 business days.
Method 2:
- Close QBO account<<Click
Edit.
- Select ‘Disconnect this account on
save’<<renew the link in the dashboard.
- Link QuickBooks account from the bank
account tab.
- Access the account by entering the
username and password.
Method 3:
- Reach the History tab in the Internet
explorer.
- Open History<< Select sites
which are needed to be removed<<Delete them.
Method 4:
- Go to the start menu<< Type
