1. Creating Backup

Reach to file menu<< Select “Backup Company”.

Go to the option of Local Backup<<Reach to the ‘Browse’ option.

select the location to save the backup.

2. Updating QuickBooks to the latest version

From the Help menu<< Reach to ‘QuickBooks Update’ option.

Click on Update now.

Restart once the process of update is complete.

3. Rebuilding and verifying data

Select ‘Verify data’ in the utilities tab of the file menu.
