QuickBooks Error Code 15215

Rebooting the system.

QuickBooks as a windows administrator.

·        Select the option of ‘Run as administrator’ from desktop. 

Click on Yes to continue. 

 

Verify use TLS 1.0 is checked. 

·        From the tools icon in IE, go to advanced tab.

·        From ‘Advanced settings, search for TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 option.

·        Check TLS 1.0 and uncheck TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.1 option and then restart your system. 

 

Restarting windows in selective startups. 

·        In the Run tab, type MSCONFIG.

·        Select ‘Selective startup’ from ‘system configuration utility’ windows and make sure to clear “load startup”. 

·        Then run windows in normal mode after restarting the system.
