3- Verify use of TLS 1.0
Go to IE>> tools.
Select advanced tabs>> advanced settings.
Select TLS 1.0 and deselect TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
Hit OK.
4- Restarting windows in selective startups.
From Run tab, reach to selective startup which comes in ‘system configuration utility.
Make sure to clear ‘Load startup and run windows in normal mode.
